Arizona City Fourplex

A new-construction fourplex — two stories, four units around shared stair cores. The exterior was rendered from the firm’s front elevation (stucco walls, a hipped tile roof, and a repeated window-and-door rhythm) over a permit set with ground- and second-floor plans coordinated with structural and plumbing.
