A single-story detached casita rendered from the firm’s front elevation: a hipped clay-barrel-tile roof with deep eaves, warm sand stucco, a recessed entry with glazed French doors, and a sliding-glass patio door, set in Sonoran desert xeriscape. Developed straight from the permit-set elevation to preview materials and massing.
