A single-story modern detached casita rendered from the firm’s front elevation: a clean mono-slope (shed) roof with a slim fascia, smooth tan stucco, black-framed windows, and a simple flush entry door, set in Sonoran desert xeriscape. Developed straight from the permit-set elevation to preview materials and massing.
