Privacy policy.

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the project details you choose to share with us.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

When you talk to the AI intake bot, we record your messages and the structured lead data the bot derives from them so a human on our team can follow up.

When you use the client portal, we set a session cookie tied to your project token. The portal does not require a username or password — the token itself is the credential.

Our server logs record standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) for security and operational debugging.

We use lead-form and chat data to follow up about your project, prepare a quote, and (with your permission) keep you informed about scope changes, milestone deliveries, and invoices.

We use newsletter email addresses only to send the newsletter and never sell them or share them with third parties for marketing.

We use server logs and first-party analytics of how you use the site (page sequences, scroll depth, time on page, form interactions, clicks) to understand which pages help and which don’t, unless you opt out (see Cookies below). We pass that behavioral data through Anthropic to produce short summaries that help our team follow up on serious inquiries faster and improve the pages that aren’t working. Email addresses, phone numbers, and form field values are redacted in the browser before any analytics event is sent.

The Studio does not run third-party advertising pixels.

We use Anthropic to process the AI intake bot conversations. Anthropic processes your messages on our behalf as a sub-processor under their commercial terms; they do not retain conversation contents for model training.

We also use Anthropic to analyze the aggregated visitor-behavior data described above (session narratives, archetype tags, intent scores). Behavioral data is PII-redacted in the browser before it leaves your device. Anthropic processes this data in the United States and does not retain it for model training.

We use a transactional email provider (e.g., Resend, Postmark, or similar) to deliver newsletter messages, quote follow-ups, and portal notifications.

If the firm sends you an invoice through Stripe, the payment data is handled directly by Stripe; we never store full credit-card numbers on our servers.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Lead and project records are retained indefinitely so we can serve repeat clients and produce historical work logs. You may ask us to delete a record at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Server logs are anonymized after roughly 90 days.

AI intake bot transcripts are retained alongside the lead record they produced; deleting the lead deletes the transcript.

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email contact@archipartnersdesign.com from the address associated with the record and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually within ten business days.

If you live in a jurisdiction with stronger statutory rights (for example California, Colorado, or the EU), those rights apply on top of the rights described here. We will honor verified requests under those statutes.

We use a session cookie on /app/* for authenticated app users and a small consent record (localStorage entry) on the marketing site to remember your choice from the cookie banner.

When you visit, we set a first-party analytics cookie (`apd_vid`, 1 year, SameSite=Lax) that lets us recognize you as a repeat visitor so the AI summaries we generate aren’t a stranger every time. You can opt out at any time with the "Opt out" button on the cookie notice or the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and China are asked first, and we set this cookie only if they click "Accept". A small `apd_privacy_mode` cookie (one day) remembers which of the two notices to show you; it holds no identifier. We also use your internet connection to estimate your general location (country, state or region, and city, never a street address) so we can see where our visitors are; a one-day `apd_geo` cookie carries it to our analytics. Visitors who opt out, or who have not accepted in regions where we ask first, are counted by country only. We never sell your information. We do not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies; if we add any in the future we will update this page first and prompt for fresh consent.

If you click a link in an email we sent you, and you have not opted out of cookies, we may connect that visit to your contact record so we can follow up better. We keep these visits for 12 months.

You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" in the footer. To purge analytics data we already hold about you, visit /privacy/data-request — a one-click button that clears your cookie and asks the server to delete everything tied to it. For records tied to your name or email (a contact-form submission, an AI chat transcript), email contact@archipartnersdesign.com from the address associated with the record and we will respond within ten business days.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and legacy Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals as a binding opt-out: when either signal is set we never load the analytics layer and we suppress the cookie banner entirely.

This site and the Studio’s services are directed at adult business clients (architects, contractors, owners). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
